Job summary

Silent Aire, a Johnson Controls company, is seeking a Project Engineer to support site project execution in Dublin. You will coordinate between Engineering, Manufacturing and QA/QC, attend site meetings, and ensure timely, quality delivery of client projects.

The role requires at least 3 years of site-based managerial experience in manufacturing or construction, strong problem-solving, and excellent English communication, with a full driver’s license and organised, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a site managerial role in manufacturing or construction.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English both verbal and written.
• Full driver’s license.
• Very well organised.
• Action oriented; proactive and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with project execution – delivery, coordination, records & reporting, document control.
• Coordinate project deliverables across Engineering, Manufacturing & QA/QC.
• Chair meetings – lessons learned, RAID & site meetings as required.
• Maintain quality reporting and client relations.
• Assist with procurement and supplier coordination as needed.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
