Job summary

Silent Aire in Dublin is seeking a Project Engineer to support project managers and coordinate multiple fabrication and installation tasks on site. You will communicate with general contractors and client teams, prepare concise reports, and help manage project budgets while delivering a high-quality finished product.

You will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing and QA/QC, chair meetings as needed, and drive continuous improvement in site installation and commissioning processes to meet

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' experience in a site managerial role in manufacturing or construction.
Excellent problem-solving skills and understanding of customer expectations.
Fluent English, full driving license and highly organized.

Responsibilities

Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and reporting.
Coordinate deliverables across Engineering, Manufacturing and QA/QC.
Lead meetings, track lessons learned, RAID logs and site meetings.
Ensure project costs stay within budget and communicate with clients on site.
Translate client needs into practical timelines for the site team.
Identify improvements to streamline site installation and commissioning.
Record delays or issues on site with potential commercial impact.
