Job summary

Responsibilities

• On-site management of shift technicians, senior shift technicians, sub-contractors and vendors.
• Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses and prepare reports on critical facility operations and maintenance.
• Coordinate projects with IT managers to manage capacity and optimize safety, performance, reliability and efficiency.
• Operate and manage routine and emergency services on power and cooling systems and building monitoring equipment.
• Asset and inventory management.
