Job summary
Amazon Data Services Ireland Limited seeks a Senior Real Estate Development Manager to own end-to-end development across EMEA, including UK, Ireland, and beyond. You will lead all permitting, contract negotiations, and budget control, collaborating with Design Engineering, Pre-Construction, Construction, Legal and Public Policy teams.
You will influence strategy, manage complex stakeholder relationships with AHJs and authorities, travel regularly across EMEA, and safeguard delivery timelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management, real estate, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in real estate development management or related delivery.
- Experience with planning authorities, zoning and development consents.
- Experience negotiating development agreements and managing multi-year cost plans.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development management from opportunity to close-out for Hybrid/BTS and owned land.
- Lead land development permitting, planning obligations, and regulatory interfaces with AHJs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across BDE, Design, Construction, Legal, and Public Policy.
- Manage budgets, costs, and counterparty relationships to protect delivery timelines.
