Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Real Estate Development Manager in London to own end-to-end development for data centre projects across EMEA. You will manage budgets, engage with planning authorities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive successful delivery.

The role requires leadership, regulatory expertise, and the ability to navigate complex agreements while maintaining strong AHJ relationships across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required in business, management, real estate or related field.
• Experience with end-to-end development management, cost control, and counterparty management on complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Proven ability to engage with planning authorities and regulatory agencies for permits, zoning and consents.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development lifecycle for assigned data centre projects across EMEA.
• Lead budgeting, cost control, and change management within development agreements.
• Negotiate development obligations, planning agreements and urban development contracts.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Design Engineering, Pre-Construction, Construction, Legal, Environmental, Power, Water) to align goals.
• Represent AWS before authorities and stakeholders to secure timely approvals.
