Job summary

Britvic Ireland, part of the Carlsberg Group, seeks a Data Analytics Executive to ensure field and commercial teams access accurate data and clear reporting. You will build dashboards in Excel and Power BI, manage field systems like REX/XTEL, and support data quality and master data governance across CRM and order systems.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, proficient in Excel, eager to expand Power BI capabilities, and able to work independently to streamline processes and deliver

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with BI.
• Experience with CRM or field systems is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and manage workload.
• Clear communicator who can engage technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central day-to-day contact for field and commercial teams on system and data queries.
• Manage the daily operation of field systems and tools (e.g., REX, XTEL), ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Apply validation checks to identify and resolve data quality issues early.
• Maintain and update customer, outlet and product master data in line with agreed standards.
• Produce and maintain operational reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Provide clear, action-focused reporting to support field execution and commercial decision-making.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and integrations (SAP, REX, XTEL) to ensure timely, reliable insights
• Manage data quality and governance across CRM, order, and customer systems; maintain accurate master data
• Identify recurring issues and support simplification, standardisation and automation of processes using data analytics.
• Provide analytics and system support; troubleshoot issues and collaborate with IT teams
• Act as the central day-to-day contact for field and commercial teams on system and data queries.
• Monitor adoption and effectiveness of reporting tools and field systems
