Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in data analytics or similar role.
• Level 8 degree or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Act as central day-to-day contact for field and commercial teams on data queries.
• Manage daily operation of field systems and tools (e.g., REX, XTEL).
• Apply validation checks to identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Maintain and update customer, outlet and product master data.
• Produce and maintain operational reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Provide clear, action-focused reporting to support field execution and commercial decision-making.
• Provide Level 1 incident support and triage IT issues as needed.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and integrations (SAP, REX, XTEL).
• Manage data quality and governance across CRM, order and customer systems.
• Identify recurring issues and support automation of processes using data analytics.

Job Overview The Data Analytics Executive plays a key operational role in ensuring our field teams and commercial teams have access to accurate data, reliable systems, and clear reporting that supports consistent execution across all channels.

This role is ideal for someone highly organised, confident with Excel, and eager to rapidly build capability in Power BI and data systems. It requires a proactive self‑starter who enjoys problem‑solving, improving processes, and supporting others.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the central day‑to‑day contact for field and commercial teams on system and data queries.
• Manage the daily operation of field systems and tools (e.g., REX, XTEL), ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Apply validation checks to identify and resolve data quality issues early.
• Maintain and update customer, outlet and product master data in line with agreed standards.
• Produce and maintain operational reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Provide clear, action‑focused reporting to support field execution and commercial decision‑making.
• Provide Level 1 incident support, logging and triaging issues with IT and resolver teams as needed.

Requirements

Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query). Knowledge and experience with BI. Experience with CRM or field system.
