The successful candidate will provide application support and enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting D365 modules, supporting Power Platform solutions, and managing system upgrades. Qualifications

• Strong experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE in a technical or functional role.
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform components.
• Experience in configuring Dynamics 365 CE modules.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues related to D365 CE modules.
• Support and maintain Power Platform solutions including Power BI reports.
• Manage and coordinate system upgrades and patch deployments.
