Job summary

PrepayPower is seeking a Door-to-Door Retention Agent for a field-based role in Sandyford (Dublin 18). A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required, with mileage expenses covered.

You will engage with customers to retain business, handle objections, and drive results while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets. The package offers a €32,000 base salary plus a €15,000 uncapped bonus (OTE €47,000+).

Qualifications

• Proven track record of hitting targets in retention or sales.
• Minimum 1 year experience in door-to-door or inside sales.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Confident objection handling and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Good planning and organisational skills.
• CRM experience is a plus (not essential).
• Full, clean driver's licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Door-to-Door (D2D) Retention Agent. This is a field-based role where you’ll engage directly with customers, handle objections, and use the tools and offers available to retain business and drive results. We’re looking for driven, customer-focused people with experience in retention, door-to-door or inside sales — ideally within utilities, but not essential.
