Zusammenfassung

Interactive Brokers is seeking a Czech Financial Translator (English to Czech and vice versa) for a 1-year fixed-term contract in Dublin. You will translate account applications and client interfaces, maintain glossaries, and perform QA on translations in a hybrid work setting (4 days in office).

Requirements include native Czech, strong English, a translation degree, CAT tool proficiency, and at least 3 years in financial translation. AI translation experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Native Czech speaker with fluent English.
• MA or BA in Translation or related discipline.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• CAT tool daily operation is a requirement (configuration and advanced use is a plus).
• Experience with AI technology in an auxiliary function for translation is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience with a financial institution, or translating finance-related content.
• Knowledge of basic trading terms; familiarity with technical and marketing translation.
• Proven time-management and organisational skills.
• Self-confident, open, flexible, and able to work independently in a team-oriented environment.

Position Overview

Due to the rapid growth and expansion of our business activities in various markets, we have the following full-time 1 year fixed-term contract opening for an experienced, motivated, and technology-oriented individual for a Czech Financial Translator (English to Czech and vice versa).
