Job summary

Global Business Solutions in Ireland is seeking a Senior Consultant for Customer Experience, UX, and profitability optimization. You will deliver high-impact CX/UX consultations, work with Sales to grow top strategic clients, and influence program design in a fast-paced, global environment.

You will collaborate with executives, drive data-driven UX initiatives, and build trusted relationships to maximize customer success across Google’s ad solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in business technology sales or customer success.
• Experience working with app and web clients in a UX research, design, consulting, or advisory role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact consultations to LCS customers to identify growth opportunities and improve CX/UX.
• Continuously track results, gather feedback, and refine the offering to scale its impact.
• Proactively contribute to the GBS Program Design and Business Planning.
• Become a thought leader on CX/UX and the new Agentic User Experience in international expansion.
