Job summary

Global Business Solutions is seeking a Profitability Consultant focused on Customer Experience, UX, and strategic consulting. You will partner with Google’s Large Customer Sales teams to translate business needs into powerful, data‑driven solutions for top clients, influencing executive stakeholders and shaping CX/UX offerings across global markets.

You will engage with app and web clients, analyze data, and contribute to program design while navigating matrix structures.

Qualifications

• Experience with app and web clients in a UX research, design, consulting, or advisory role.
• Experience analyzing quantitative or qualitative data.
• 3 years of experience in a business technology sales or customer success role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑impact consultations to LCS customers: Partner with Sales to identify growth opportunities for top strategic clients in order to improve CX/UX and drive down operating costs, profitability and investment with Google.
• Continuously track results, gather feedback, and refine the offering to scale its impact.
• Proactively contribute to the GBS Program Design and Business Planning; follow market evolution and influence strategy and value proposition design.
• Become a thought leader on CX/UX and the Agentic User Experience in the context of international expansion; build relationships to develop the program and support customer needs.
