The role emphasizes team leadership, regulatory compliance, and process improvement acrossCatch Certificates, TRACES and RoRo movements, with strong IT and systems proficiency driving performance.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in a customs supervisory role.
• Experience managing Catch Certificates, TRACES documentation, RoRo movements and deep-sea freight operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of five customs colleagues, ensuring workloads are managed effectively.
• Manage and oversee customs entries across a range of freight movements.
• Conduct compliance checks to ensure declarations meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Catch Certificate, TRACES, customs and border control requirements.
• Monitor customs processes, identify improvements and drive operational efficiencies.
• Liaise with customers, internal departments and external partners to resolve customs-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records and support audit and compliance activities.
