Sysco Ireland is seeking a proactive Contact Centre Executive to be the first point of contact for customers and a key supporter of our sales teams. You will respond to requests, process orders, and help achieve sales targets while building lasting relationships with customers and related parties.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests, increasing awareness of Sysco full product offerings.
• Process orders, enquiries and administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Achieve sales volume and margin targets through up- and cross-selling on calls.
• Build solid relationships with new and existing customers and support field-based Sales Representatives.
