Job summary

Sysco Ireland in Newcastle West is seeking a Contact Centre Executive to be the first point of contact for customers and to support our sales teams. You will respond to requests, process orders and inquiries, and help achieve sales volume and margins through up- and cross-selling on both incoming and outgoing calls.

Building solid relationships with customers and related parties will be a core part of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is desirable.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.
• Organized and flexible in a busy environment with a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests, increase awareness of product offerings, and understand customers' business.
• Process orders, inquiries and administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Achieve sales volume and margin targets through up- and cross-selling on both incoming and outgoing calls.
• Build solid, sustainable relationships with new and existing customers and related parties, track competitors, and support Sales Representatives in pricing and orders.
