Job summary

Kilsaran is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure top-quality service across our Irish and UK customer base.

A strong understanding of our product range and materials is essential. You will manage orders, returns, and exchanges, maintain detailed records, and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment of customer orders.
• Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their satisfaction is achieved.
