Elis Ireland in Tallaght is seeking a proactive Customer Service Agent to cover maternity leave. You will support the Customer Service team by managing client accounts, handling inquiries, and coordinating with CAM to ensure service levels meet expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service preferable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient computer and CRM use.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday in Tallaght area.

Responsibilities

• Assist CAM with managing customer accounts.
• Provide timely, accurate information to customers.
• Respond to queries and maintain customer relationships.
• Log and track complaints and resolutions.
• Process new sales contracts and orders.
• Support weekly credits, additions and reductions.
