Salary: Starting at €16.20 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, (including mornings, evenings, and weekends)

About the role

As a Customer Service Agent at Aircoach, you will be the first point of contact for our passengers, playing a vital role in their travel experience. From assisting with ticket purchases to providing route information, you'll ensure every customer receives a helpful and welcoming service.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets to customers using ticket machines
• Provide accurate travel and schedule information to passengers and members of the public.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Assist passengers with boarding and general enquiries
• Keep the ticket area clean and presentable
• Support daily operations and work collaboratively with the wider team
