Job summary

Aircoach is recruiting an Experienced Bus Driver to operate the Dublin Airport Car Park Shuttle. Driving on behalf of Dublin Airport, the service runs 24 hours a day, 364 days a year, transporting passengers between the airport car parks and Terminals 1 and 2.

You will join a friendly, safety‑minded driving team with a fully cashless service. A Full clean PCV (D) licence and CPC card, plus strong English and customer service skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• Full clean PCV (D) licence.
• Valid CPC card.
• Fluent English (C2 level preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, overnight and weekends.
• Minimum age 18.
• 6+ months' driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Dublin Airport Car Park Shuttle on a 24/7 schedule.
• Ensure passenger safety and comfort during journeys.
• Provide excellent customer service to travellers.
• Maintain vehicle appearance and report any issues to the supervisor.

Location: Dublin, Ireland – Dublin Airport Car Park Shuttle
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €18.00 per hour, increasing to €21.47 per hour after 12 months
Hours: 39 hours per week, spread across 4-5 days
Rosters: Fixed rosters covering mornings, evenings, overnight and weekends

What we're looking for:
