Job summary

Sky is hiring a Customer Service Advisor in Dublin with hybrid working arrangements. The role involves handling inbound calls, resolving customer issues, and advising on Sky products to enhance customers’ viewing and online experiences.

Salary starts at €30,015 per annum plus bonus and benefits. The Dublin contact centre offers a supportive team environment and opportunities for growth as technologies and processes evolve.

Responsibilities

• Manage a range of inbound calls from supporting our accessibility customers with all of their needs, managing and resolving customer complaints and supporting customers with technical queries or billing questions etc
• Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services and learn how to create engaging and meaningful conversations with customers.
• Take the time to understand each customers needs and recommend Sky products to enhance their viewing, online and/or mobile experience.
• Be a valued member of a supportive, fun, and friendly service team
• As we operate in a fast changing environment, the responsibilities of this role may evolve over time to meet business and customer needs.
• Be available to work 39 hours per week Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:45am and 7:00pm and Saturday 9:00am 5.30pm

You’ll be based at our brilliant Contact Centre at Burlington Plaza in the centre of Dublin, but we operate a hybrid model which allows you the flexibility to split your time between home and the office, if preferable.
