RECRUITERS is seeking a Customer Service & Financial Solutions Advisor on a 12-month contract for a full-time onsite role in Ireland. The candidate will support customers in financial difficulty, build relationships with customers and advisors, and process credit applications.

The role requires experience in customer service, banking or financial services, and APA accreditation in Loans and Regulations, with progression toward Full QFA.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, relationship management, banking, financial services, credit or collections.
• APA accreditation in Loans and Regulations is required, with candidates working towards Full QFA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Build strong relationships with customers, advisors, internal teams and third-party agencies.
• Act as a key point of contact for MABS advisors supporting customers in financial difficulty.
• Handle customer queries by phone and in writing, providing accurate and timely solutions.
• Use your communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills to identify appropriate customer outcomes.
• Process credit applications and support customers through the relevant processes.
• Maintain accurate customer records in line with regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.
• Take ownership of customer queries and work towards positive outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, banking, financial services, credit, collections or relationship management who enjoys solving problems and helping customers find practical solutions.
