Job summary

Cpl is recruiting for an APA/QFA Customer Service Advisor based in Tallaght, Dublin 24. This 6-month contract role sits on-site and includes training and ongoing support as you handle customer accounts in financial difficulty for Bank of Ireland.

Salary starts at €16.48 per hour (€30,000 per annum) with higher rates (€32,000-€35,550) for candidates with APA/QFA qualifications. Full training provided and a focus on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• APA loans or QFA eligibility required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned work queues of accounts and proactively contact customers to agree suitable sustainable solutions.
• Respond to customer contact and obtain all pertinent information.
• Refer or elevate calls/queries as appropriate.
• Ensure all actions comply with regulatory and internal procedures.
• Log data on relevant systems (CACS, TS2, Fibos, CMS, RADAR, CoRe, SharePoint).
• Build strong relationships with Bank of Ireland colleagues.
