Job summary

Gilligan Black Recruitment is hiring a Sales Agent - B2B in Portlaoise. This temporary 3-6 month role offers a base salary of €27,800 with €12,000 OTE, and a hybrid setup (2 days in the office after onboarding). You will take over a large portfolio of existing clients, manage accounts, and pursue new business opportunities to meet targets.

Join a supportive team with strong systems; and adapt quickly to new tech, delivering excellent customer service in a KPI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a sales role (B2C or B2B) with target achievement.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the largest employers in Ireland with a fantastic reputation as an employer. They are looking to fill this opportunity on a 3-6 month term, however there is potential for the opportunity to become permanent. As a Sales Agent your role will involve taking over a large portfolio of existing clients, looking after their account management, identify new business opportunities in these accounts, look after any sales leads and proactively look for new business to meet your targets and KPI's.

This is a highly developed department with fantastic systems in place to facilitate you in doing your job, therefore you will be highly adaptable to new technology and be able to learn quickly. You will work as part of a highly supportive team and deliver on expectations, ensuring a quality customer service.

It is essential you have a proven track record in a sales role, either B2C or B2B. You enjoy working to targets and thrive in a professional sales environment.
