CPL Group is seeking a Sales Agent in Dublin (on-site) to engage a 70,000+ members community with warm calls, offering tailored savings and services. The role focuses on renewals, cross-selling across broadband, mobile, and energy, while supporting a friendly team in reaching targets.

The position offers a €29k base plus uncapped commission, with a ramp-up period and a standard 9–5 schedule, 25 days holiday, and pension contributions. Training is provided as you learn the products.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, contact centre or retail.
• Targets-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Friendly, confident communicators who work well with people.

Responsibilities

• Make warm calls to existing members with tailored offers.
• Spot fit and cross-sell across broadband, mobile and energy.
• Look after renewals and grow the existing customer base.
• Work on targeted campaigns with a supportive team.
