Vodafone is seeking a Retail Sales Adviser for our Letterkenny store. You will upsell Vodafone products, understand customer needs, and help drive sales performance and targets.

Hours: 37.5 per week, 5 days out of 7, with a base rate of €14.45 per hour plus uncapped commission. If you are self-motivated and a team player, you will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Weekly pay and staff discounts are available.

Store: Letterkenny - Co. Donegal

Availability: 09:30 - 18:00 Monday - Wednesday and Saturday

9:30 - 19:00 - Thursday - Friday

12:00 - 18:00 - Sundays

5 Days out of 7

Contract: 37.5hrs - Full Time

Pay: €14.45ph + Uncapped commission + Incentives

About the Role:

As a Retail Sales Adviser in our bustling store, you'll be the face of Vodafone, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Vodafone products and services. You'll take the time to understand each customer's needs and confidently offer the best solutions. Additionally, you'll contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the store, while keeping track of sales performance and targets. Adherence to company policies and compliance with contracts is crucial. The store operates Monday to Saturday, so weekend availability is essential. Teamwork is key—support your colleagues because together, we can achieve great things!
