Job summary

Tekno Surgical is seeking a Customer Services Business Services Associate in Ireland for a fixed-term 6-month contract. The role provides the primary link between business support requirements from the Customer Service collaboration team and the Customer Service Manager.

You will handle high-volume customer queries, support the Sales Team, and help define, manage, measure, and improve processes. Navision experience is an advantage, and a proactive, detail-focused approach is essential.

• Operational Support: Provide coordinated support to the Sales Team and other operational team members to ensure smooth workflows.
