Lidl Ireland is seeking a Customer Relations Analyst to optimise customer campaigns using Lidl Plus data. You will segment customers, group shopping behavior, and personalize promotions to improve app engagement and loyalty across our stores, warehouses and offices in Ireland.

You will work with CRM platforms, visualize data, and present insights to leadership. The role emphasizes collaboration, independence, and driving customer lifetime value with innovative analytics.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of new customer segmentation models and CRM tools to streamline campaigns.
• Execute customer segmentation using CRM platforms based on shopping behaviour.
• Drive Lidl Plus app engagement with targeted audiences and personalised offers.
• Analyze transaction data to evaluate performance, ROI and basket value trends.
• Oversee CRM reporting processes throughout the year.
• Prepare and present reports to Senior Leadership on CLV and growth opportunities.
