Job summary

Headcount Solutions Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Project Management Support professional to join a major customer-focused transformation project in the utilities sector.

The role focuses on mobilisation, planning, governance, reporting, risk management and stakeholder coordination to deliver key objectives and improve customer experience. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years' professional experience, with strong PM and communication skills, and proven ability

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' professional experience, including project management experience.
• Experience in a customer-centric environment.
• Experience on customer-focused transformation or improvement projects.
• Legal permission to work in the Republic of Ireland.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, SharePoint and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of project scope, objectives, deliverables and the overall delivery plan.
• Produce concise project status reports covering progress, key decisions, risks and issues requiring management attention.
• Identify customer pain points and translate these into structured action plans.
• Track project benefits and customer outcomes, including improvements in efficiency and communication.
• Establish and maintain appropriate project governance structures, including meetings, decision forums and escalation routes.
• Identify cross-team dependencies and support their escalation and resolution.
• Coordinate project workshops and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
