Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a sales or customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in person.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to meeting needs and targets.
• Ability to explain products and tailor solutions to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, delivering friendly and professional service.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
• Prepare quotations, process sales and maintain accurate customer records.
• Proactively follow up on enquiries and leads to maximise sales opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to generate additional sales and develop existing customer relationships.
• Work towards agreed sales targets and contribute to team and business objectives.
• Handle customer queries efficiently and resolve issues positively and professionally.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently advise customers.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Provide general administrative and sales support to the wider team.
