Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate equipment lists and warranty status.
• Provide quotations and secure purchase orders.
• Manage service contracts SLA and scheduling of visits.
• Create invoices and liaise with Finance on billing.
• Report service performance to customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate parts purchases and supplier communications.
