Leevin Group is seeking a Customer Experience Assistant in our Dublin office to handle in-person client visits, resolve queries, and process payments accurately. Qualifications

• Face-to-face customer service experience preferred.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to clients in person in a polite manner and listen to requests.
• Clarify queries and guide customers to resolve issues; forward to proper dept when needed.
• Strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Receive payments by cash, cards, and other methods; ensure accuracy.
• Answer payment-related questions and log data into the system.
• Maintain compliance with payment processing policies.
• Input payment information into the company database.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to payments.
