Oliver Bonas Limited is seeking a Team Member on an 18-hour week in Dublin to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will maintain product knowledge, contribute to store efficiency, and work closely with the rest of the team to keep the shop running smoothly.

The role requires flexibility across key days (Wed, Thu, Sun) and includes training opportunities, with OB benefits and a service-oriented, friendly culture.

Responsabilités

• Provide a great experience to every customer delivering on our service expectations
• Maintain excellent product knowledge
• Have strong, consistent communication with the team
• Participate in all training opportunities and contribute positively to team sessions
• Embrace ownership of tasks and set a good example for the team
• Adhere to operational practices and procedures including stock deliveries and stock takes
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store
• Support other stores when needed
• Be aware of store sales targets and performance metrics
• Know store product best-sellers to support sales growth
