Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited is seeking a friendly Team Member to join our Dublin store on a 30-hour pattern across the week. You will deliver an excellent customer experience, maintain product knowledge and work with the team to keep the store running smoothly.

• Provide a great experience to every customer delivering on our service expectations.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge
• Have strong, consistent communication with the team.
• Participate in all training opportunities and contribute to team sessions.
• Embrace ownership of tasks and set a good example for the team.
• Adhere to operational practices and procedures (stock deliveries, health and safety, stock takes).
• Maintain excellent housekeeping across store and back of house areas.
• Support other stores where needed.
• Be aware of sales targets and store performance versus company figures.
