Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience to every customer delivering on our service expectations.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge
• Have strong, consistent communication with the team.
• Participate in training opportunities and contribute positively to team sessions.
• Embrace ownership of tasks and set a positive example.
• Adhere to all operational practices and procedures, e.g. stock deliveries, health and safety standards, stock takes and replenishment.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards store-wide including stockroom areas.
• Support other stores where needed.
• Be aware of store sales targets and performance versus targets/company figures.
• Know store and company product best-sellers to support sales growth.
