Job summary

Oliver Bonas in Dublin’s Jervis store invites an energetic Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales and deliver a memorable customer experience. You will motivate your staff, oversee daily operations and ensure fabulous customer service across all shifts.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll analyse performance, coach colleagues and ensure OB standards are met, with flexible hours and a supportive benefits package that includes generous discounts and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management is required.
• Ability to motivate and lead a store team to achieve targets.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse store reports to measure success and identify improvement areas.
• Work with KPIs to evaluate performance and development needs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to all team members aligned to objectives.
• Conduct progress meetings and set SMART goals for staff.
• Communicate development and training needs to Area Manager and People Advisor.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and store experience.
• Ensure operational standards followed by the team.
• Communicate in a warm, clear and respectful manner in line with OB tone.
