Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team on a 30-hour contract. You will engage with customers, stock and tidy the store, operate tills, and help maintain a welcoming shop environment.

Starting pay is €15.40 per hour, rising to €17.90 after three years, with additional benefits including pension and career development opportunities. Aged 18+ for alcohol service; flexible shifts offered across mornings, afternoons and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner.
• Ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store.
• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Following freshness and rotation principles.
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly.
• Assisting in the stock count process.
