Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking a Customer Assistant in Dublin to join our team on a standard 30 hour contract. You will engage with customers, assist with tills, stock shelves and maintain store cleanliness, while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Starting pay is €15.40 per hour, rising to €17.90 after 3 years, with shift patterns across mornings, middays and evenings. Benefits include pension, career development and discounts.

• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Following freshness and rotation principles.
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly.
• Assisting in the stock count process.
