Job summary

Vhi Healthcare DAC is recruiting a permanent full-time Customer Engagement Advisor based in Dublin Abbey Street to provide high-quality advice and service to health insurance customers.

The role involves handling face-to-face and remote queries, delivering exceptional customer experiences across channels, and meeting productivity targets in a CF3/CF4/CF5 regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 12 months experience in a customer-services role.
• Must be an Accredited Product Advisor (APA/CIP or Dip PMI) or willing to undertake same.
• Customer focused with commitment to first-class service.
• Excellent computer skills with ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Results-focused in a target-driven environment.
• Demonstrate initiative, self-motivation & resilience.

Responsibilities

• Answering face-to-face queries from customers in the Vhi Dublin Branch, Abbey Street.
• Answering various remote queries (e.g. calls, emails, chats) from new and existing customers.
• Maintaining a high level of engagement with customers.
• Ensuring all customer service standards are delivered.
• Meeting individual productivity targets and ensuring all service levels are met.
• Developing effective relationships with internal colleagues, stakeholders or various visitors as relevant.
• Delivering high quality advice in line with the objectives set out in the Quality Monitoring Definitions which include targets for quality and engagement within the team.

Vhi Healthcare DAC is currently recruiting for a permanent full-time Customer Engagement Advisor position based in Dublin Abbey Street. The successful candidate will provide high-quality advice and service to existing health insurance customers, supporting them in understanding their health insurance cover, benefits, claims, and payment queries while delivering an exceptional customer experience across multiple channels. This is a Central Bank regulated CF3, CF4 and CF5 role.

What will you do:
