Job summary

Allied Irish Banks (AIB) is seeking a Dublin-based Branch Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team across multiple locations. You will drive customer-focused service, nurture talent, and leverage digital tools to improve engagement and efficiency.

In this role, you will work with product partners to achieve sales targets, manage risk and people metrics, and strengthen community relationships as part of a regional leadership team.

• Coach, develop and motivate the branch team to achieve branch goals with a high-performance culture.

• Support customer engagement to deliver exceptional customer experiences across interactions.
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and service excellence with accurate information and quick delivery.
• Represent AIB in the community and with key stakeholders to maximize the bank's support channels.
