Allied Irish Banks (AIB) is seeking a Dublin-based Branch Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team across multiple locations. You will drive customer-focused service, nurture talent, and leverage digital tools to improve engagement and efficiency.
In this role, you will work with product partners to achieve sales targets, manage risk and people metrics, and strengthen community relationships as part of a regional leadership team.

As Branch Manager in Area Dublin, you will play a key role in supporting and executing our vision to be the best bank in every community. Your focus will be to lead, coach & empower your team to maintain and grow our business and income, develop and nurture talent, maximise use of digital enablement to create capacity for curiosity led customer engagements.
You will develop a culture of accountability and ownership where the sharing of learning and growth opportunities are actively encouraged and promoted. You will also be expected to play an active part in supporting the community and key external stakeholders in your branch as well as supporting our colleagues and business across the Region.
