• Customer-focused approach with a service mindset.
• Full clean driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Customer Delivery team.
• Create a positive culture focused on accountability and customer service.
• Set clear objectives and support employees through coaching and development.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Manage the day-to-day operation of the Customer Delivery department.
• Oversee delivery planning, scheduling and route optimisation.
• Work closely with delivery partners to maximise efficiency and service levels.
• Ensure all delivery activities comply with company procedures and quality standards.
• Act as a senior escalation point for customer delivery issues.
• Resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Drive initiatives that improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the customer remains at the centre of all decision-making.
