CWS Hygiene Ireland Ltd, part of the CWS Group, is seeking a proactive Customer Care Administrator based in Roscommon. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, handling inquiries efficiently, and supporting accounts receivable processes.

Strong communication and resolution skills are essential in a fast-paced environment. Working hours are 9:00am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a hybrid option after probation.

Qualificações

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a customer facing administrative role.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with Salesforce and CRM systems preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment after probation.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers with a great experience aligned to company values.
• Log, track, and manage inbound customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Maintain accurate customer records within Salesforce and other CRM systems.
• Prioritise daily workload to meet deadlines and service level agreements.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
• Support monthly billing procedures and purchase order allocations.
• Work with the finance team to resolve customer billing queries.
