Job summary

  • Educational background required with a university degree or equivalent through relevant professional experience.

  • Solid grasp of financial accounting principles and ability to interpret financial reports.

In this role, your mission is to is to drive sustainable and profitable growth for both the Company and your assigned business line. You are fully accountable for the P&L performance of your division, ensuring financial health and operational excellence. Your focus is on expanding market share, enhancing customer value, and delivering consolidated profitability. Through strategic leadership, market insight, and cross-functional collaboration, you will develop and execute growth strategies that align with the company’s long-term vision while fostering a high-performance culture within your team.You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.

Your day-to-dayP&LOwnership
Full accountability for the Profit & Loss of the assigned business line, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.

Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, profitability, and market share within the business line.

Market Development
Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments to expand the business footprint.

Performance Management
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions to ensure operational and financial excellence.

Team Leadership
Lead, develop, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
