Job summary

Vertiv Co is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to provide expert guidance and hands-on support across three Ireland sites: Burnfoot, Letterkenny, and Campsie. Regular travel between sites is required, and you will partner with HR and plant leadership to manage complex ER cases in both ROI and NI jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in ER or HR advisory with ER casework experience.
• Strong knowledge of ROI and NI employment law and legislation.
• Experience in drafting lawful and professional ER documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary ER contact across Burnfoot, Letterkenny, and Campsie facilities.
• Advise managers on disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence cases.
• Lead complex ER casework from initiation to resolution with fairness.
• Ensure practices comply with ROI and NI employment laws and codes.
• Draft investigation reports, outcome letters, and appeal documents.
• Coach line managers on ER best practices and conflict resolution.
• Support multi-site employee relations, forums, and consultations.
• Monitor ER trends and report to Sr. HR Manager; liaise with external legal bodies.
• Contribute to policy reviews, changes, and TUPE considerations as needed.
