Job summary

Sodexo Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support multiple accounts and client sites across the Republic of Ireland. This is a hands-on, remote-based role with regular travel to sites where employee relations will be a priority alongside practical HR guidance and change support.

You will manage complex ER cases, advise managers on Irish employment law, and partner with operational leaders on workforce planning, recruitment, retention and engagement across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on Employee Relations experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and its practical application.
• Experience managing complex ER cases and investigations.
• Ability to influence and advise operational leaders across multi-site accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead on complex employee relations cases including investigations, disciplinary matters, grievances and absence management.
• Provide practical HR guidance to managers on Irish employment law, policies and risk management.
• Support organisational change, TUPE-related activity and workforce planning with operational leaders.
• Coach Account Managers and site managers to build capability in people matters.
• Analyse HR data and ER trends to identify risks and improvements.
