Vertiv is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to provide expert guidance and hands-on support across our three Ireland manufacturing sites: Burnfoot, Letterkenny and Campsie. Regular travel between sites will be required to ensure consistent, legally compliant ER practices.

The role partners with HR and plant leadership to manage complex ER cases, mitigate risk, and foster a positive workplace culture across ROI and NI jurisdictions.

Formación

• Degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in employee relations or HR advisory.
• Strong knowledge of NI and ROI employment law and legislation.
• Proven ER casework experience and ability to conclude cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder relations.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary ER contact across three sites (Burnfoot, Letterkenny, Campsie).
• Provide expert guidance to managers on disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters.
• Lead complex ER casework from initiation to resolution with fairness and legality.
• Ensure ER practices comply with ROI and NI employment law and codes of practice.
• Draft and review ER correspondence, investigation reports and letters.
• Support policy development to align with legislation in both jurisdictions.
• Coach line managers on ER best practices, early intervention and resolution.
• Manage collective ER matters including employee forums and consultations.
• Monitor ER trends, prepare regular reports and recommendations to Sr. HR Manager.
• Liaise with external legal advisors and regulatory bodies as required.
• Support workplace investigations ensuring thorough and impartial proceedings.
• Contribute to restructures, TUPE transfers and organisational change with compliant communication.
