The role emphasizes strategic ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and driving adoption of new CRM capabilities to support commercial objectives and customer engagement across the organization.

Formación

• Experience leading Veeva CRM implementation, optimization and adoption in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of data governance, quality, stewardship and reporting for CRM data.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the UK & Ireland CRM strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Lead the Veeva CRM roadmap and drive platform improvements and adoption.
• Act as the CRM SME providing guidance to stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, governance and compliance across CRM initiatives.
• Collaborate with Global CRM forums and local teams to represent requirements.
• Manage CRM-related projects from requirements through deployment and training.
• Drive continuous improvement, governance and user experience enhancements.
