Xtremepush Limited is seeking an experienced CRM Manager to lead our clients’ CRM and lifecycle marketing efforts on the Xtremepush platform. You will shape marketing strategy, build journeys and campaigns, and coach client teams to run activity independently.

Based in Dublin, this hybrid role requires strong CRM expertise, hands-on platform configuration, and excellent stakeholder relationships with business users and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or customer engagement.
• A relevant qualification in marketing, digital marketing or business, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring personalised campaigns across channels (email, push, SMS, in-app, web).
• Proven data-driven approach to optimizing campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategy with delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead client stakeholders in defining CRM and lifecycle strategies.
• Design, build and configure journeys, campaigns, audience segments and decisioning logic on the Xtremepush platform.
• Collaborate with Analysts, Data Analysts and technical teams to ensure campaigns are supported by accurate data and clear requirements.
• Support the migration of existing campaigns, journeys and decisioning rules from legacy platforms, making sure they work as expected before go-live.
• Define campaign objectives, success measures and testing approaches, then monitor performance to improve targeting, engagement, conversion and retention.
• Ensure CRM activity follows agreed governance, data protection and quality standards, including GDPR, consent and marketing preference requirements.
• Coach and guide client CRM and marketing teams on industry best practices, transitioning campaign build and execution to them over time so they can run activity independently.
