CRM/ERP Training Lead

Job summary

Kilsaran is seeking a Training Lead to support a large-scale CRM/ERP rollout. Based at the Dunboyne Head Office, the role is a 2-year fixed-term, full-time position focused on content development, delivery, and adoption across multiple business units.

You will lead the training strategy, collaborate with Change Champions, and ensure materials reflect new processes and Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role requires 3+ years of delivery experience and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience delivering training, with coordination and logistics responsibility.
• Hands-on involvement in at least one major software implementation or digital transformation programme (CRM/ERP preferable).
• Third-level qualification in HR, Training, Change Management, or Project Management (Level 7/8).
• Possession of QQI Level 6 Train the Trainer, Prosci, PRINCE2, or PMP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive training plan aligned with CRM/ERP rollout and HR & Payroll HCM implementation.
• Identify role-based and process-led training needs through workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Design a curriculum aligned with milestones, incorporating role-based and just-in-time learning.
• Create and maintain training materials including manuals, guides, e-learning, and job aids.
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions across multiple business units via in-person and virtual formats.
• Collaborate with Change Manager, Champions, and Key Users to ensure content reflects redesigned processes.
• Support User Acceptance Testing by organizing targeted training for participants.
• Monitor training effectiveness, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide post-go-live support and ongoing learning resources to sustain adoption.
