TEKenable is seeking an experienced Business Central Solution Lead to guide our Managed Services for Dynamics 365 Business Central across a global client portfolio. You will act as the senior escalation point for complex BC issues, lead major service improvements, and mentor a team of consultants delivering high-quality ERP support.

Qualifications

5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Strong functional and technical BC knowledge.
Experience leading/mentoring consultants in Managed Services.
Experience with BC ISV solutions such as Continia, Jet Reports, Insight Works.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a team of BC consultants.
Own technical and functional direction within Managed Services.
Ensure ITIL-aligned incident, problem and change processes.
Present service performance in reviews and drive improvements.
Escalation point for complex BC support issues.
